快开门式压力容器余压开门爆炸危害研究

摘    要:在数值分析研究压力、容积等对爆炸危害影响的基础上,搭建了快开门式压力容器爆炸危害测试平台,试验研究了两种容积的立式快开门容器带压开门时的爆炸后果。研究结果表明:容器内压力、容积对快开门的爆炸能量呈线性影响;容积和压力的乘积(P0V值)与爆炸能量无直接影响关系;快开门容器开门时所允许的最高余压与容器结构有关。

Research on Explosion of Quick Actuating Pressure Vessels with Residual Pressure

Abstract:Numerical analysis of pressure, volume and other effects on the explosion were done. Moreo-ver, an explosion hazard test platform for pressure vessels was established. With the platform, experimental research was carried out to investigate the explosion consequence of two types of quick actuating pres- sure vessels which were opened with residual pressure. The results showed that the explosion energy in- creased linearly with increasing pressure in vessel as well as increasing volume in vessel; there were no direct relationship between the explosion energy and the product of pressure and volume; the allowable maximum value of residual pressure was relevant to the structure of vessels.
