电站锅炉风机的节能改造工程

摘    要:分析电站锅炉风机电耗大的主要原因,采取量体定做高效节能型风机、变频调速改造、优化运行方式等措施对风机进行节能降耗,并通过改造前后的各参数量的对比分析,得出改造后节能效果明显,节电量大大提高,获得了良好的经济效果和社会效益。

Abstract:Main reasons for large electric power consumption of boiler fans are analyzed.Energy conservation measures such as using high efficiency and energy saving fans,reforming converting control by frequency converter and optimizing operation mode are proposed.Through comparing parameters before and after reform,remarkable energy conservation effect is gained and emissions reduction is greatly increased.Obvious economic effect and social benefits are acquired.
