| 摘 要： | 通过实例分析了国内外分质供水发展现状，说明实行分质供水是现代化城市供水发展的必然趋势．针对当前银川市城市供水的状况和问题，论证了银川市实行分质供水的意义和必要性及可行性，就银川市分质供水模式选择、水质标准和用水指标的确定及分质供水管理体制进行了探讨，最终为银川市实现分质供水提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the domestic and international present condition of water supplying development, the paper pointed out the different quality water supplying system was the inevitable trend for modern cities. Based on the condition and problems of Yinchuan City on water supply, the paper expounded the meaning and necessities and possibilities of supplying water according to its quality. This paper also discussed choice of water-supplying mold, water qualily standard, water-consuming standard and management of the new water-supplying system. Finally, it provided Yinchuan City with theoretical reference to the new system. |
