影响钢丝绳弯曲疲劳试验因素的分析

摘    要:对弯曲疲劳机的选择、弯曲滑轮、试样弯曲频率、包角、张力等影响钢丝绳弯曲疲劳试验结论的重要因素进行分析,根据质检中心日常试验过程中对钢丝绳弯曲疲劳试验方式的总结,建议用户进行钢丝绳弯曲疲劳试验时应模拟钢丝绳使用现场的情况。

Abstract:To analyze such important factors as choice of bend tester, bend block, sample bend frequency, wrap angle, tensile force affecting bend and fatigue test conclusion for steel wire rope. On the basis of summarization of bend and fatigue test method by National Quality Supervision and Examination Center of Steel Wire Products during daily test, it is suggested that using spot condition of wire rope should be simulated in the course of bend and fatigue test.
