棉花滩水电站辅机控制系统设计

摘    要:介绍了棉花滩水电站的辅机控制系统的特点及控制要求。为使机组辅机 及公用辅机功能更强大、更灵活,监视更全面,在棉花滩水电站的辅机控制系统中全面使用 了可靠灵活的PLC及软启动技术,使其成为一个整体,从而便于分散系统的招标、投标工作 ,并使辅机的设计和制造标准化。实践证明这种尝试是成功的,提高了水电站的控制管理及维护水平。

Abstract:The paper introduces the characteristics and control demands of the au xiliaries control system at the Mianhuatan Hyrdopower Plant. For the purpose of powerful and flexible functions and comprehensive surveillance, the PLC technolo gy and soft start technology are applied to the system so that the unit auxiliar ies and public auxiliaries become a whole. This benefits bidding invitation and bid of dispersed systems and standardizes the design and manufacture of the auxi liaries. Practice indicates that the attempt is successful and improves the cont rol management and maintenance of the plant.
