循环冷却水水质对溴化锂吸收式制冷机性能影响的研究

摘    要:在应用环境较差的情况下,循环冷却水容易在溴化锂吸收式制冷机的吸收器、冷凝器管内结垢。分析冷却水水垢形成的机理,通过分析和计算得出:污垢热阻与管内外对流换热热阻属同一数量级,冷却水结垢后换热系数急剧下降,机组制冷能力急剧衰减,因此应加强对冷却水水质的管理。提出了判断是否结垢的方法。

Abstract:Under the bad applied environment,the circulating cooling water can form incrustation easily in the pipe of the Lithiumbromide absorption refrigerating machine's absorber and condenser.It can influence the machine's performance deeply.This paper analyes the mechanism of the incrustation's formation and calculates the various heat resistance in absorber and condenser.It is found that the heat resistance of the incrustation and the convective heat transfer are of the same magnitude order.It shows that incrust...
