微油点火和超低负荷稳燃技术在湛江发电厂的应用

摘    要:介绍了微油点火应用原理以及湛江发电厂1号锅炉微油点火系统的改造方案,并详细介绍了微油点火系统在锅炉冷态启动、超低负荷运行的应用情况,分析了微油点火系统运行中的优缺点,其使用效果表明,系统的节油效果明显,对推广微油点火和超低负荷稳燃技术有借鉴作用。

Abstract:The article briefed the application principle of micro-oil ignition and the retrofitting scheme of No.1 boiler by using micro-oil ignition in Zhanjiang power plant,detailed the application status of micro-oil ignition system in the cold start-up and ultra-low load operation,and analyged the strong and weak points of micro-oil ignition system operation.The application practice showed,the oil-saving effect of the system was evident,playing a reference role for spreading micro-oil ignition and ultra-low load stable combustion technology.
