摘    要:针对300m超长综放工作面ZFS6800/18/35型整体顶梁支架阻力实测结果,分析了支架阻力的分布特点及前柱阻力大于后柱的原因,以此为基础对顶梁上载荷分布进行了理论研究,最后对影响支架性能发挥的主要参数进行了敏感性分析。研究结果表明:整体顶梁综放支架在兴隆庄煤矿4326综放工作面的应用是成功的,用二次多项式分布来模拟整体顶梁载荷分布是合理、可行的。前柱支设倾角对顶梁载荷大小的影响最敏感,而前柱支设位置则对起支撑作用的顶梁起始点位置最敏感,通过调节最敏感性参数可实现对顶梁载荷分布的控制。

Abstract:Aiming at the measurement of resistance of ZFS6800/18/35 support with integrated roof timber in 300 m super-long fully mechanized sublevel coal caving working, this paper analysed distributing character of support resistance and the reason why the front legs resistance is bigger than the back legs'.On the basis of that, the load distributing of roof timber was researched.At last, the primary parameters sensitive to the capacity of support were analysed.The result shows that supports mentioned above are used successfully in sublevel coal fully mechanized sublevel coal caving , No.4326 coal face of Xinglongzhuang coal mine and simulating the load distributing of integrated roof timber with quadratic polynomial is reasonable and feasible.The roof timber load is sensitive to the front legs angle and the starting point of roof timber is sensitive to support position of the front props.By adjusting the most sensitive parameter, the load distributing of the roof timber can be controlled.
