| Abstract: | With rapid development of the civil\institutional\commercial central air conditioning system,the energy consumption problem becomes serious.From the view point of operation and management,this paper provides some measures to save energy through choosing suitable cooling and heating equipments,air handling units,terminal units or designing a better water system. |
