X射线强度权重因子定量相分析

提出了Ｘ射线衍射强度的权重因子定量相分析的新方法。它克服了传统的标样和无标定量分析方法只选定试样各待测相中一条面网衍射峰的强度值作为定量分析的缺点。本文的方法，对样品进行一次制样和测量，然后对样品中各待测相的ｎ条面网射线峰的强度求出权重因子，进一步求出试样中各物相的相对百分含量。

Quantitative Phase Analysis of Weight Factors of X-ray Intensity

A new method is applied in this article to the quantitative phase analysis for weight factors of X-ray diffraction intensity. This method overcame the defect of traditional sampling and quantitative analysis method which only single out one plane web diffraction peaks for quantitative analysis from the phases of the sample to be tested. The method applied in this article is that the sample processing and taking measurements to the samples only once, then determining the weight factors by the intensity corresponding to n X-ray diffraction peaks from the phases of the sample to be tested. Thus we can get the relative percentage of each phase in the sample.
