摘    要:长期以来 ,我国使用的钢筋强度较低 ,不能适应现代土木工程发展的需要。提高强度是钢筋的一个重要发展方向。 40 0MPa热轧带肋钢筋 (俗称新Ⅲ级钢筋 )具有强度高、延性好、焊接性能良好等优点 ,同时还可改善混凝土结构的抗震性能 ,是一种理想的新型高效钢筋。通过对比几种常用钢筋的性能和价格 ,分析其技术经济效益 ,建议采用强度较高的钢筋 ,大力推广应用新Ⅲ级钢筋 ,促进建筑业的技术进步和可持续发展。

Abstract:The strength of reinforcing bar using in our country is low for a long time, which cannot meet the needs of the development of modern civil engineering. Increasing the strength of reinforcing bar is a main development direction. As a new type efficient building steel material, the 400 MPa hot rolled ribbed steel bar, which is called new grade Ⅲ steel bar, is characterized by high strength, good ductility and welding quality. It can also improve the aseismatic property of concrete structure. The popularization and application of new grade Ⅲ steel bar will raise the technical level of building steel using in our country as a whole and bring about great socioeconomic value. Based on comparison of performance and price of some steel bars most in use, the technical and economical benefit is analyzed herein. The proposal of using reinforcing bar with higher strength are carried out. A suggestion concerning with the popularization and application of new grade Ⅲ steel bar is also given in order to promote the technical progress and sustainable development of construction.
