| 摘 要： | 目前国内软交换运营支撑系统已经难以满足运营要求，作为一个具有前瞻性的新一代软交换系统，必须具有先进性、开放性、高可靠性、可扩展性、可管理性和安全性等特点。采用OSS／J来实现新一代软交换运营支撑系统能很好地解决达成这些要求。本文对采用OSS／J来实现NGOSS作了具体的探讨，为国内电信运营商开发新一代OSS提供了一种解决方案。

| Abstract: | The OSS in our country has become more and more difficult to satisfy the requirement.To be the new generation OSS,it must be advanced,open,reliable,extensible,administrable and secure.Using OSS/J to complete the new generation OSS can satisfy the requirement very well.We discuss the problems in this paper,and provide a scheme for developing the new generation OSS. |
