洗涤用水中的过渡金属离子对漂白红麻化机浆白度和色度的影响

本文对红麻化学机械浆漂后洗涤时，水中的过渡金属高子对漂白浆白度和色度的影响进行了研究。结果表明，洗涤用水中过渡金属离子（Ｍｎ２＋、Ｆｅ２＋、Ｆｅ３＋和Ｃｕ２＋）的存在能够不同程度地降低漂白浆的白度而导致白度损失，过渡金属离子，尤其是Ｃｕ２＋能够加深红麻化机浆的黄色调。洗涤用水中加入ＤＴＰＡ不仅避免了由于过渡金属离子的存在而带来的白度损失，而且可以减轻纸浆的黄色调。

The Effect of Transition Metals Present in Wash Water on the Brightness and Chromaticity of Bleached Kenaf TMP

The effect of transition metals present in wash water on the brightness and chromaticity of bleached kenaf TMP was studied. It has been shown that transition metals such as Mn2 , Fe2 , Fe3 and Cu2 will bring about decreased brightness of bleached pulp and cause brightness loss to various extents, Transition metals,especially Cu2 , tend to introduce a yellow shade in kenaf TMP. The addition of DTPA to the wash water not only will retard brightness loss resulted from transition metals, but also uphold the yellow shade.
