基于差分进化算法的分布式电源DG规划设计

摘    要:分布式电源(DG)是一种可以与环境兼容,利用清洁能源发电,可以满足用户对电量的特殊需求的发电装置。因此,将分布式电源接入电网,不仅可以保证电网的运行安全,提高供电可靠性,还可以将多余的电力反馈给电网。分布式发电接入配电网后,不一定能降低配电系统的网损,提高电网的稳定性,还有可能会因为并网的规划方案设计的不够好反而对电网造成不利影响,因此,分布式电源接入配电网的规划尤为重要。在分布式发电的并网规划中,最重要的是选择分布式发电的接入位置和容量。因此,本文选择具有结构简单、执行方便、优化效率高、参数设置简单、鲁棒性好等优点的差分算法,通过建立系统,并用Matlab进行了仿真,选择其最佳位置,计算出最优容量,并得到最优目标函数,来达到最佳的规划设计。

Abstract:Distributed power generation (DG) is a power generation device that is compatible with the environment, utilizes clean energy to generate electricity, and can meet the special needs of users for electricity. Therefore, connecting distributed power sources to the power grid can not only ensure the safe operation of the grid, improve power supply reliability, but also feed back excess power to the grid. After distributed generation is connected to the distribution network, it may not reduce the network loss of the distribution system and improve the stability of the grid. It may also cause adverse effects on the grid because the planning scheme of grid connection is not well designed. Therefore, the planning of distributed generation connection to the distribution network is particularly important. In the grid connection planning of distributed generation, the most important thing is to select the access location and capacity of distributed generation. Therefore, this article selects a differential algorithm with advantages such as simple structure, easy execution, high optimization efficiency, simple parameter setting, and good robustness. By establishing the system and simulating it with Matlab, the optimal position is selected, the optimal capacity is calculated, and the optimal objective function is obtained to achieve the optimal planning and design.
