摘    要:以马钢1号镀锌线喷淋挤干钝化工艺为背景,结合现场生产实际,对三价铬喷淋挤干钝化工艺中存在的钝化斑迹、钝化不均、钝化辊印、钝化宽窄印等缺陷的产生原因进行重点分析,并提出切实有效的缺陷控制及解决方法。

Abstract:Based on the spring post treatment process of No. 1 CGL of masteel, the causes of passivation spot, uneven passivation, width mark, roll imprints, and other defects of trivalent chromium production in spraying process were analyzed. The controlling methods on these defects were proposed.
