沿海水闸液压活塞杆激光熔覆替代电镀镍铬的研究现状及展望

摘    要:沿海地区水工闸门活塞杆长期暴露于潮湿大气、腐蚀性海水、涌潮冲刷等恶劣环境中,表面容易发生腐蚀与磨损。传统的电镀珞和镖防护层对环境有污染,激光熔覆是一种先进绿色的表面工程技术,有望替代电镀標和珞。简介了适用于活塞杆激光熔覆的材料体系与防护性能,综述了近年来活塞杆激光熔覆层的抗磨耐蚀的研究进展,总结了存在的问题,提出了改进措施及展望。

Abstract:Hydraulic piston rod of coastal sluice is long - term exposed to the moist atmosphere, corrosive seawater and scouring abrasion of strong tidal bore, as a result the surface of piston rod is subjected to corrosion and wear. The traditional electroplating nickel and chromium has the pollution to the environment while laser cladding is an advanced and environmental technology, which is expected to replace electroplating nickel and chromium. The service conditions and the failure mechanism of hydraulic piston rod in coastal sluice were expounded, and the suitable laser cladding material system was briefly introduced. Furthermore, the recent research progress in laser cladding wear and corrosion resistant coating on base material of piston rod was reviewed, and the existing problems and the improvement measures of laser cladding were summarized. At last, the research and application trends of laser cladding on hydraulic piston rod in the future were prospected.
