摘    要:本文研究了在两种不同信号激励下,固定在敏感元件腔中压电泵的输出能力.首先从理论上分析了方波激励下压电泵的轴向位移、速度与正弦波激励下的位移、速度的关系.其次设计气流速度实验验证理论分析结果.理论分析和实验结果表明:方波信号激励压电泵,其输出能力比正弦波激励条件下压电泵的输出能力强.

Contrast Of The Export Power Of Piezoelectric Pump Driven By Two Kinds Of Signal
Abstract:The power of piezoelectric pump, which was fixed in the cavity of sense organ and driven by two kinds of signal, was studied. The relationship of displacements and velocities of pump driven by square wave and sine wave signal were analyzed in theory. An experiment was designed to show export power of pump. The result of experiment were accorded well with the analysis. The result indicated that pump driven by square wave shows larger export power than the pump driven by sine wave.
