C80机制砂泵送混凝土对外加剂的选择研究

摘    要:针对C80机制砂泵送混凝土的特性,选择了两个系列共四种外加剂,通过净浆扩展度和Marsh筒对比其与水泥的适应性,并经过混凝土的试拌,认为聚羧酸系外加剂的高减水和高保坍性能较适合配制C80机制砂混凝土,并通过两种聚羧酸系的外加剂的复掺配制出工作性和强度都比较理想的泵送混凝土。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of pumpcrete with machine-made sand,the two series of four superplasticizers were selected.The compatibility of cement with superplasticizer was studied by Marsh cone and cement flowability method,and the concrete was mixed with the above superplasticizers.The experimental results show that the prefect slum Pretention and high water reducing of the polycarboxylate-type superplasticizers are fit for mixing high-strength pumpcrete with machine-made sand.The strength and workability of concrete are excellent by the two polycarboxylate-type superplasticizers' compounding.
