基于可编程控制器的直流调速的飞锯机模拟

摘    要:采用直流调速器和可编程控制器的结合来实现飞锯机模拟.其中可编程控制器作为控制信号的给定,首先接受两个编码器的回馈信号,将两个回馈信号作差,根据信号误差通过电压输出模块产生电压信号,以此来实现远程控制.直流调速器作为本系统的控制器,首先接受可编程控制器的电压给定信号,采用速度控制的方法进行直流调速,以实现两个电机的速度和位置同步,通过这种方法来实现飞锯机的模拟.实验证明,模拟效果较好.

Abstract:In this system,the PLC and the DC speed-regulator are combined to simulate the operation of flying saw machine.The control signal from PLC is given to the system.The feed-back signals from two encoders are applied to the PLC in which the two signals are subtracted and a difference is obtained.A voltage signal is generated in the voltage output module based on the voltage difference in order to realize a remote control.The DC speed-regualtor is used as the controller in the system.It accepts the voltage signals from PLC.In the controller DC speed-regulation is achieved by controlling the speed to obtain the synchronization of the speed and position of the two motors.The simulation shows that the result is good.
