大型氨厂可靠性评价模式与应用

本文从国外近年来的调查和分析,简述了可靠性在大型氨厂中的重要意义,列举了国内外评价大型氨厂可靠性所采用的开工率,有效度,能力利用系数,年操作率等指标及模型,分析了它们存在的问题和缺陷。作者根据合成氨系统的运行特征和系统工程的可靠性理论,定义和推证出了评价大型氨厂可靠性的系统可靠度这一新的指标和模式为:Rs=Mf·Ds或Rs=P_T/T·D此模式比目前国外采用的上述指标和模式更为全面,准确和实用。文章近一步简介了此新的评价模式在经济效益分析和预测,能耗预测和节能,系统的可靠性技术管理等方面的应用。

Evaluating Model and Application of Reliability in Large-scale Ammonia Plants

In this paper,it has discussed that importance of reliability in large- scale ammonia plants,and enumerated various targets and models used for ev-aluating the reliability in domestic and overseas,for example,the operation factor,the availability,the capability utilization coefficient,the annual performance factor etc.and analysed their questions and defects based on the overseas investigations and studies in recent years. The model of evaluating the reliability of large-scale ammonia plants has been definited and testified based on the operation characteristics of synthetic ammonia system and reliability theory of system engineering.This new model is R_s=M_f*D_sorR_s=P_T/T*D Where,Rs,Mf,Ds is respectively the reliability,the operation factor and the fulfil quata factor of the ammonia plant systems in the period of time T.D is the maximum per unit production capacity,.P_T is practical output of ammonia in the period of time T.The model is more all-side, accurater and practicaler than other targets and model. In addition,aplications of the new model are studied on the analylis and forecast of economic benefit,the forecast of the energy consumption and economize on energy,and the aplication of systems reliability administration have also been studied.
