摘    要:根据多参数连续测量的复杂测试项目的需要,在对自动测试系统LAN体系结构和虚拟仪器技术进行深入研究的基础上,设计了基于LabVIEW的LAN结构自动测试平台。采用加锁和解锁技术,使LAN客户端可以共享该测试平台。实验证明,该平台既可以实现对电压、电流、电阻、幅值、频率、周期、相位等单一电量参数的测量,又可以实现对诸如滤波器、放大器幅频特性等需要多个仪器的多参数连续测量的测试项目的自动测试,并能自动生成测试报告,充分体现了自动测试平台的优势。
