煤矿主提升机网络化电控系统设计

摘    要:文章介绍了对平煤集团五矿原有提升机继电器电控系统进行网络化改造的硬件设计和软件实现。该改造方案将2台PLC应用于提升机拖动控制中,提高了提升机控制系统的智能化水平;设计了监控系统,能够对提升机运行状态进行实时监控,并能够通过网络实现远程监控。该系统的成功改造完成了老式继电器-接触器控制到自动化控制的飞跃。经过各种试车运转,该系统各方面的性能均已满足提升运输的设计要求,运行安全可靠,性能稳定。
