摘    要:研究了碳元素及空气、水玻璃溶液、水3种淬火介质对中碳低合金钢组织性能的影响规律,在理论研究的基础上,制出衬板产品,实际装机考核,结果表明:其使用寿命是高锰钢的1.5倍以上。

Abstract:The influences of C and using air, soluble glass and water as quenching medium on the structure and properties of medium-carbon low-alloy steel have been investigated in this article. On the basis of theory research, the actual application of scaleboard being made of medium-carbon low-alloy steel indicates its use life is above 50% higher than that of super-high manganese steel.
