| 摘 要： | 在加入定量(9phr)白炭黑胎侧胶料中同时加入不等量的EPDM,研究了胎侧胶料在白炭黑和EPDM的协同作用下其性能的变化,得出EPDM在含有沉淀法白炭黑的胎侧胶中的较佳用量值。通过对比试验可以看到胎侧胶体系在加入白炭黑后,其耐热氧老化性能和耐屈挠性能均有所改善,而且,当EPDM用量范围在10~15phr之间时,会获得较好的综合性能。

| Abstract: | The combination of different amount of ethylene propylene diene monomer（EPDM） with sidewall rubber that reinforced with quantitative（9phr） silica white was discussed,which could be served for studying the property variations of sidewall rubber under the synergistic effect of silica white and EPDM and seeking the preferable dosage of EPDM in sidewall rubber that containing precipitated silica.By investigating the rubber compound,it was satisfactory to find that these properties of the sidewall rubber system were improved remarkable with the addition of silicon white.Further more,when the dosage of EPDM was in range of 10~15phr,preferable overall performance of the sidewall rubber could be achieved. |
