摘    要:对H - 10 6 ,H - 116换热器开裂的壳体材质、力学性能、断裂韧性、硬度、裂纹剖面金相组织以及壳体介质有害成分进行分析 ,指出换热器壳体开裂主要是硫化氢引起的应力腐蚀开裂。提出了采用涂层和阴极保护 ,选用强度较低的碳钢代替 16MnR ,以及焊后进行热处理等防护措施。

Abstract:The analysis of the metallurgy, mechanism performance, crack rigidity, hardness and metallograhic structure and detrimental substance in the medial of the shell of the heat exchangers H-106 and H-116 finds out that the cracking of the shell is mainly the stress corrosion cracking caused by hydrogen sulfide. Application of coatings and cathode protection, selection of lower-strength carbon steel instead of 16MnR and application of post weld heat treatment are suggested to prevent the cracking.
