滴丁·乙-脲醛微囊悬浮剂的制备与表征

摘    要:以原位聚合脲醛树脂的方法制备了滴丁·乙-微囊悬浮剂。利用UV,激光粒度仪,光学显微镜,SEM,FT-IR等对制剂进行表征,结果表明:所制备的微囊悬浮剂中,2,4-D丁酯和乙草胺的包封率分别为85%和89.9%,微囊平均粒径为3.79μm,粒度分布较窄,表面光滑致密,红外光谱分析表明微囊由脲醛树脂壁材与滴丁·乙芯材所组成。

Abstract:2,4 -D butyl ester and acetochlor compounds capsule suspension was prepared by in situ polymerization of urea formaldehyde resin. The prepared microcapsules were characterized by UV, later particle size analyzer, optical microscopy, SEM and FT- IR respectively. Results showed that the encapsulation efficiency of 2,4 -D butyl ester and acetochlor reached to 85% and 89.9% respectively. For particle size and size distribution analysis of the prepared microcapsules, the mean diameter was 3.79 μm, also possessed with shallow size distribution. SEM image indicated a spherical and smooth morphology of the microcapsules. FT- IR analysis revealed that the microcapsules were composited by UF shell and active core materials.
