海事系统执法人员绩效模糊综合评价方法

摘    要:针对基层执法的现状,优化组合了绩效评估的各种方法,提出一套基层执法人员的绩效评估指标体系。基于这套体系,研究了对评估指标进行模糊综合评判的运算方法,并结合宁波海事局某海事处试用情况,探讨了采取不同处理方法对评估结果的影响,提供了针对不同实际情况应用的依据。

Abstract:According to the present conditions of the law enforcement, various methods of performance appraisal are synthesized. An index system is put forward,based on which methods of fuzzy and comprehensive evaluating calculation about the index are studied. According to the trial results in different marine systems, different effects on results of performance appraisal are discussed by means of different methods. The rules about the application of the different methods are provided.
