摘    要:采用由硫酸铝法制得的氧化铝干胶为原料制备出催化剂载体,在该载体上浸渍Mo和Ni活性组分,并经焙烧后制得FZC-24 B型渣油加氢脱金属催化剂.以沙中常压渣油为原料,在200 mL固定床加氢装置上进行了FZC-24 B型催化剂的稳定性考察实验,并与国产同类型参比催化剂G-1进行了性能对比.结果表明,在运转初期,二者均表现出较高的脱金属活性;但当运转时间大于1 000 h后,FZC-24 B型催化剂的活性保持平稳,金属Ni与V的脱除率稳定在60%,而参比剂的活性则下降较快.工业放大制备FZC-24 B型催化剂的物性重复了实验室制备该催化剂的结果.

Abstract:The catalyst carrier was prepared with alumina gum as raw material made by aluminium sulfate method.FZC-24 B type catalyst for residues hydrodemetallization(HDM) were prepared through dipping active constituents Mo and Ni onto the carrier and then roasting.The stability test of FZC24 B catalyst were carried out in a 200 mL fixed bed hydrogenation unit taking Saudi atomosphic residue as feedstock,and compared with similar reference catalyst G-1 made in home.The results showed that both of FZC-24 B and G-1 catalyst had higher HDM activity during the early test stage.After running over 1 000 h,with the time lasting,the activity of FZC-24 B catalyst remained stable while the removal ratio of Ni and V was about 60%,however,the activity of G-1 decreased rapidly.The physical properties of commercialized catalyst repeated the results of catalyst prepared in the lab.
