| 摘 要： | 贵州天峰化工有限责任公司利用湿法磷酸副产的磷石膏生产水泥缓凝剂和精制β-半水石膏,消化了副产的全部磷石膏。介绍其采用煅烧法生产水泥缓凝剂和半水石膏的工艺流程、关键设备和工艺控制指标,以及生产精制β-半水石膏的技术。产品用于建筑行业,取得显著的经济效益和环境效益。

| Abstract: | Based on production of cement retarder and β- semi hydrate gypsum by use of by-product phosphogypsum from WPA production in Guizhou Tianfeng Chemical Co., Ltd, all the by-product phosphogypsum is utilized. The process, key equipment and process control indicators for production of cement retarder and β- semi hydrate gypsum by calcination method, and the technique of production refined β- semi hydrate gypsum are introduced. The product is used on construction industry with the remarkable economic and environmental benefits. |
