摘    要:通过对高塔生产硝基复合肥和尿基复合肥的工艺分析,其主要区别是混合槽物料的温度与流向不同.为此,介绍了一座高塔可以生产2种复合肥的混合槽工艺管道流向设计及生产不同复合肥时的注意事项.该创新技术使高塔更能满足市场对肥料的多品种需求.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of production of nitro-based compound fertilizer and urea-based compound fertilizer by high prilling tower,their main difference is the material temperature of mixing tank and flow direction,so the flow direction of mixing tank pipe for production of two compound fertilizer by high tower,and the attentions in different compound fertilizer production are introduced.This innovative technology makes the tower more meet market needs to fertilizers.
