摘    要:针对采煤机齿轮箱试验台的分布和数据传输的要求,设计了一种多总线的采煤机齿轮箱试验台监控系统,详细介绍了该系统的拓扑结构和通信的实现。基于各种通信协议的特点,该系统采用Modbus,Profibus-DP,TCP/IP总线方式实时采集现场数据并传输到主控制器,实现了数据的远程监控;基于组态软件WinCC开发出系统的通信状态监测界面,实现了通信状态的实时在线监测,方便工作人员及时了解整个系统的通信状态。

Abstract:According to distribution and requirement of data transmission of testbed of shearer gearbox,a multi-bus monitoring system of testbed of shearer gearbox was designed,topology and communication realization of the system were introduced in details.The system uses Modbus,Profibus-DP,TCP/IP bus to collect on-site data real-timely and transmits the data to main controller based on characteristics of various kinds of communication protocol,so as to realize remote data monitoring.Meanwhile,the system adopts WinCC configuration software to develop monitoring interface of communication condition,realizes real-time monitoring of communication state and makes worker understand communication state of the whole system conveniently.
