离心粒化试验过程中渣粒飞行参数的研究

摘    要:离心粒化是一种环境友好型熔渣处理工艺。目前关于离心粒化的研究均集中在渣粒形状、大小和质量分布等问题上。因此,针对离心粒化工艺,研究了转杯转速和转杯直径对渣粒飞行距离、熔渣脱离转杯速度和转杯外沿速度的影响。试验结果表明:随着转杯转速的增加,渣粒飞行距离增大;当转杯转速达到1000r/min之后,熔渣脱离转杯速度和渣滴飞行距离基本不变。随着转杯直径的增加,熔渣脱离转杯速度和渣滴飞行距离同步增加。熔融高炉渣从转杯外沿飞向水冷壁的运动简化为水平方向匀速运动和垂直方向自由落体运动是合理的。试验结果对熔渣显热回收设备的设计有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Centrifugal granulation was an environment-friendly process in treating the slag.The existing researches on centrifugal granulation were concentrated in the shape,size and mass distribution of slag particles.The relations between flight distance of slag,divorced speed of slag and outer speed of cup and rotary speed and rotary cup diame-ter were studied.The experimental results indicated that flight distance was farther from the cup and that the speeds increased with increasing rotary speed.While rotary speed reached 1000 r/min,divorced speed and flight distance of slag were almost invariant.When rotary cup diameter increased,the flight distance and the speeds increased simul-taneously.Flight was reasonably simplified as uniform motion in horizontal direction and motion of free falling body in the vertical direction.The experimental results had certain guiding significance to design of heat recovery equip-ment.
