轴承钢退火工艺对带状组织的影响

摘    要:介绍了轴承钢碳化物带状组织的形成及危害。为了降低轴承钢碳化物带状组织级别,研究了钢材退火工序对轴承钢带状组织级别的影响,通过4组退火工艺进行对比试验,明确了轴承钢球化退火后,带状组织级别增加1.0级以上;得出了轴承钢球化退火在710~800℃区间降温时采取快速冷却工艺措施,可减少碳化物析出,降低轴承钢带状组织级别。

Abstract:The formation and hazard of the carbide band structure for bearing steel were introduced. In order to get the minimal level of bearing steel banded structure, the effects of the bearing steel products annealing procedure on the level of bearing steel banded structure was researched. Taking 4 groups of annealing process to make comparison, it was determined that the level of banded structure was increased with 1.0 level after the spheroidizing annealing of bearing steel. And the results show that the carbide precipitation and the banded structure level could be reduced with fast cooling between the 710-800℃ in the period of the spheroidizing annealing of the bearing steel.
