LF炉钢包底吹氩气体流量与配电联动的研究与应用

摘    要:莱钢特钢事业部通过对现有智能吹氩系统的改进,在实践中不断总结完善,开发了底吹氩气体流量与配电的联动模型。在精炼的不同阶段使用不同的配电模型,并采用模糊理论的PID自适应原理,进而实现使用不同的底吹氩气体流量以及精炼全过程底吹氩系统的精准控制。通过采用此措施,提升了钢水的质量、提高了钢包的使用寿命、减轻了职工的劳动强度。

Abstract:Laiwu steel group through the improvement of the existing intelligent argon blowing system,summed up constantly in practice,the development of the bottom blowing argon flow and the linkage of the distribution model, in the different stages of refining using different distribution model,using the theory of fuzzy PID adaptive principle, implement using different bottom blowing argon flow,realize the whole refining process of bottom blowing argon system of precise control.By adopting the measures to improve the quality of molten steel and improve the service life of the ladle,and reduced the labor intensity of the workers.
