煤矿通风机声源降噪分析及对策

摘    要:从煤矿通风机结构和工作原理入手,分析风机噪声产生的机理和特征,认为气动噪声是风机噪声中的主要部分,应作为控制的重点,并阐述从噪声源上控制噪声的方法,即设计制造高性能、低噪声的通风机。对已安装投入使用的通风机,进行合理的结构改造和安装适当的消声器是控制通风机噪声的主要手段。

Abstract:Starting with the formation and the principle of the coal mining ventilators to analyse the mechanism and the trait of producing noise, it is considered that pneumatic noise is the main part and it should be taken as the emphasis part to control. And stating method of controlling the noise is to low the buzz from the acoustic source , it is to say that to device ventilators of higher performance and lower noise. For the air machine which has been brought into service. Main measures will be taken to control the noise to make reasonable structural reforms and to fix adequate noise silencers.
