钢中夹杂物研究的新方法及其应用

摘    要:研究了一种采用非水溶液电解法与RTO金属包埋切片微米一纳米表征法联合分析钢中非金属夹杂物的新方法,该方法全过程对夹杂物不产生任何损伤破坏作用.通过夹杂物检测结果实例分析证明,该方法能够得到夹杂物表面和内部形貌及相组成的完整清晰信息.

Abstract:A new analysis method is introduced on inclusions in steel in this paper, by the method of electrolysis of nonaqueous solution associated with RTO metal embeds cutting film micron-nano token method. There are no destroyable affect on inclusions in the whole process. The examples of characteristic results prove that the integrated information of exterior and interior shape, size, and composition on inclusions could be obtained by this associated new method.
