| 摘 要： | 通过长峰商城的消防疏散设计．着重讨论了裙房商业中心部分防火分区的划分、疏散人数计算及疏散宽度的确定、主楼避难层是否必须强制避难三个在大型商业中心及超高层建筑消防疏散设计中常见的难点问题．并对相关的现行规范提出一些问题和建议。
