| 摘 要： | 大多数涤棉交织面料按照GB/T3917.3—2009《纺织品织物撕破性能第3部分:梯形试样撕破强力的测定》测试织物的撕破强力时,常出现测试结果"空值"的现象,从而造成测试结果难以判别。本文通过研究夹钳位移的范围以及上下力学峰值的变化对测试的影响,探讨了如何避免测试中的"空值"现象的方法。

| Abstract: | The tear test of most polyester/cotton interwoven fabrics will usually get ＂null loctactor value＂ according to the standard of GB/T 3917.3-2009 Textiles-tear properties of fabrics Part 3： Determination of tear force of trapezoid-shaped test specimen, which would cause trouble to confirm the test results. In this paper, the range of clamps and peak value in the standard were studied and the reasonable scopes were set to get rid of ＂null loctator value＂ . |
