摘    要:文章阐述了搅拌轴和搅拌桨的有限元梁盘模型的建立,在对搅拌轴所受载荷进行适当的简化后,计算了搅拌轴在空载和搅拌工况下的动力响应,并与经验公式的计算结果进行了比较分析,验证了动力学有限元法计算搅拌轴动力响应的正确性与有效性。

Abstract:The establishment of finite element beam paddle model for agitation shaft and agitation paddle were mentioned in this paper. After suitable simplified the load borne by the agitation shaft, the dynamic responses of agitation shaft under the working conditions of no-load and on agitation had been calculated . By means of comparison and analysis on the results with experimental formulas, the correctness and effectiveness of dynamic response of agitation shaft calculated by dynamics finite element method were verified.
