壳聚糖吸附亚硒酸的动力学研究

摘    要:研究了壳聚糖对亚硒酸的吸附性能,测定了吸附等温线和吸附动力学曲线。实验结果表明壳聚糖对亚硒酸有较强的吸附能力,吸附容量受pH值影响较大,其吸附行为符合Langmuir单分子层吸附模型。紫外和红外光谱分析结果也表明壳聚糖与亚硒酸之间发生的是简单的物理吸附作用,而非配合反应。

Abstract:The adsorption of selenious acid by chitosan(CTS) has been investigated. The adsorption isothermal and kinetic curves have been determined. It is found that the adsorption capacity is highly affected by pH and the adsorption action fits the Langmuir model which describes the adsorption of monolayer. The IR and UV assays also indicate that the adsorption of selenious acid by chitosan is just a simple physical process instead of a chemical one.
