| 摘 要： | 为实现高精度钢管的轧制,必须计算变形区中轧辊的开度值。介绍一种基于MATLAB软件计算锥形辊穿孔机开度值的数学模型,对锥形辊穿孔机的开度进行了定量分析。此方法可应用于锥形辊穿孔机的顶头设计,也可作为锥形辊穿孔机工艺调整的依据。

| Abstract: | For the purpose of rolling high precision steel pipes,it is a must to calculate the roll gap in the deformation zone.Elaborated in the paper is a MATLAB-based mathematic model as used for computing the roll gap of the cone type piercer(CTP).Quantitative analysis on the said roll gap is conducted,and this analytical method can be used for design of the CTP plug,and also as the basis for process adjustment of the mill. |
