摘    要:介绍了控制开关面板双色注射模的设计方法。塑料件采用一模二腔、平衡式4点浇口注料的成型方案,解决了塑料件各部分仅依靠0.3 mm厚的薄片连接导致型腔充模困难的问题;选用自带平面旋转转盘换位机构的P型双色注塑机,可简化双色注射模的结构设计;采用浇道凝料与塑料件能自动分离的点浇口浇注系统,以及两种颜色塑料件分别设置推杆推出机构,实现了第一色注射只取出浇道凝料而塑料件不脱模,第二色注射浇道凝料与塑料件同时脱模的动作要求。此外,动、定模之间设置圆锥精密定位锁,动、定模镶块角部设置精定位锁扣,提高了模具的合模精度,并增设8根支撑柱来加强模具的总体刚度。

Abstract:The design method of control switch facepanel bi-color plastic injection mold was presented.The molding scheme was that the mold was composed of two mold cavities and balance-type four gates.This structure overcame the difficulty of filling mold cavity,resulted from the structural imperfection about each component of the molded part connected with 0.3 mm thin section.The design of bi-color plastic injection mold was simplified by using the P–double-component injection machine,which had a plane rotation transposition mechanism.The Injection mold system was pin-gate that could separate the plastic piece from freezing materials of sprue.The two color plastic injection molds had respective push rod.The freezing materials were get out in the first color injecting,but the plastic piece was not knockout.The freezing materials and injection part were knockout in the same time in the second color injecting.The moving half and fixed half were equipped with cone precise locating lock,and the insert blocks on moving half and fixed half were equipped with precise-locating-locking,which improved the precision of the mold closing.Eight supporting columns were designed to increase the stiffness of the mold.
