| 摘 要： | 对汽车空调暖风机壳体进行了注塑模具设计,根据产品性能选择了PP8为材料;在分析流动比和产品结构的基础上,选择采用三点进浇的热流道浇口,4个侧面的侧抽芯采用了斜导柱抽芯和液压抽芯的方式。

| Abstract: | The injection mold of the shell on automobile air-condition heater unit was designed.The material PP8 was chosed according to the product property.On the base of analysis of flow ratio and the part structure,the hot runner with three points was adopted,and the bevel pillar and hydraulic pressure core-pulling systems were designed. |
