接枝改性纳米氧化铝填充PTFE复合材料摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:合成了含氟分子链接枝改性纳米氧化铝(Al2O3),用接枝改性纳米Al2O3填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),采用模压成型法制备了不同接枝改性纳米Al2O3含量的PTFE/纳米Al2O3复合材料;在摩擦磨损试验机上考察了接枝改性纳米Al2O3对PTFE/纳米Al2O3复合材料摩擦学性能的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜对复合材料的磨损表面进行了微观分析。结果表明,接枝改性纳米Al2O3填充PTFE复合材料在保持PTFE低摩擦系数的同时,提高了其耐磨损性能。

Abstract:Fluorinated polymer chain grafted alumina nanoparticles were synthesized.Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)nanocomposites filled with grafted alumina nanoparticles were prepared by compression molding.The effects of grafted alumina nanoparticles on the tribological behavior of the nanocomposites were investigated on a tribometer.The abrasion mechanisms of the nanocomposites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy of the abraded surfaces.The results showed that the addition of grafted alumina nanoparticles maintained low friction coefficient and improved the wear resistance of the nanocomposites.
