磷石膏制备轻质墙体材料试验研究

摘    要:采用在低温煅烧过的磷石膏中加入缓凝剂和发泡剂的方法制备轻质墙体材料,研究了缓凝剂、水灰比和发泡剂对磷石膏试块强度和轻质化的影响。力学实验测试表明:缓凝剂掺量0.1%、水灰比0.65、发泡剂掺量0.02%的工艺下,磷石膏试块7 d的抗压强度为4.6 MPa,抗折强度为2.2 MPa,初凝时间为27 min,体积密度为0.82 g/cm3;扫描电镜分析表明:此工艺下的磷石膏试块中孔隙合格且结晶质量良好。

Abstract:Retarder and foaming agent were mixed into phosphogypsum burnt under low temperature to make lightweight mural material.The influence of citric acid,w/c and foaming agent on the strength and thinner of phosphogypsum was researched.Mechanics experimental test showed that when the handicraft w/c is 0.65,the admixture of retarder is 0.1%,foaming agent is 0.02%,the compressive strength of phosphogypsum of 7 d is 4.6 MPa,the bending strength is 2.2 MPa,initial setting time is 27 min and density is 0.82 g/cm3.The analysis of SEM showed that the phosphogypsum in such process exists qualified pore and favourable crystallization quality.
