大直径奥氏体不锈钢无缝钢管的试制

摘    要:介绍了大直径奥氏体不锈钢无缝钢管的试制情况,以及在开发过程中采用的一些思路。在管坯制造阶段,将管坯锻造锻压比控制在3.0~3.5;在穿孔轧制阶段,采用专业3D设计软件对穿孔参数进行模拟和计算;穿孔顶头通过表面处理、涂抹润滑剂,并结合内水冷的方式提高寿命;设计制造出穿孔机组合导板,从而降低生产大直径奥氏体不锈钢钢管的工具成本。对试制出的成品管进行了化学成分、机械性能、晶粒度和晶间腐蚀试验分析,产品各项指标均满足ASMESA312/SA312M——2007《无缝和焊接奥氏体不锈钢公称管》标准要求。

Abstract:Presented here in the paper are the R & D of the large-sized seamless austenitic stainless steel tube,and some new ideas as applied in the developemnt activities,including the following technical measures:controlling the forging ratio within the range of 3.0-3.5 to produce properly-forged tube blanks;applying relevant professional 3D design softwares to simulate and calculate the parameters of the piercing process;enhancing the service span of the piercing plug via surface treatment and lubrication,and internal cooling;and designing and manufacturing the combined guide plate of the piercer to reduce costs of the operational tools for making large-sized stainless steel pipes.The finished pipes are tested for their chemical composition,mechanical prop-erties,grain size and intergranular corrosion resistance,etc.The test rersults demonstrate the full compliance of the pipes with the requirements as specified in ASME SA 312/SA 312M.
