| 摘 要： | 建立了腰果中8种氨基甲酸酯农药残留的分析方法,采用超高效液相色谱一质谱/质谱联用分析技术,用乙腈/水溶液匀浆提取腰果中的氨基甲酸酯类农药,经氨基固相萃取小柱净化,分别进行了5μg/kg、20μg/kg和100μg/kg等3个添加水平的8种目标化合物的加标回收实验。回收率分别为82.4%～96.3%,RSD分别为2.3%～8.5%。该方法简单快速,其灵敏度、准确度和精密度均能满足农药多残留分析的要求。

| Abstract: | A method for the determination of residues of 8 carbamate pesticides in cashew nut was de- veloped by UPLC--MS/MS. Pesticide residues were extracted with acetone/water,the extract was cleaned up by NH2 SPE. With the 5,10 and 25μg/kg spiked levels in the samples, the average recoveries and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 85.9%499.8% and 0.9% -6.4%, respectively. The method is fast, simple and convenient. |
