| 摘 要： | 植物甾醇因其具有降低胆固醇、抗炎等多种生物活性功能越来越受到人们的重视,并随着在医药等工业上进一步应用,对其纯度也提出更高要求。因此如何对植物中甾醇类物质进行分析检测就成为当前研究的重点和热点。本文对传统和现代的植物甾醇的分析检测方法进行了综述,并对烟草中甾醇分析检测方法做了概括和介绍,希望对今后的甾醇分析研究工作有一定的帮助。

| Abstract: | Because of its lower cholesterol, anti-inflammatory and so on many kinds of bioactive tunctlons, peo- ple attached importance to phytosterol increasingly, and with further applying in medicine industry, and maked higher demand of its purity. So it was a hot spot and focus on how to analyze and detect phytosterol. The principal themes of the review highlighted the analysis and detection methods of the traditional and modern for phytosterol comprehensively, and briefly summarized the analysis of phytosterol in the tobacco, aiding its analysis and detection for future research. |
