邯钢高炉喷吹除尘灰的可行性分析

摘    要:通过对邯钢不同配比的焦化除尘灰与煤混合试样的某些基础性能研究得出,试验用的7种焦化除尘灰成分和邯钢喷吹用无烟煤成分相近,挥发分较低,固定碳含量较高,灰分含量均在10%~20%之间,基本符合喷吹用煤的要求。煤粉添加5%除尘灰后,燃烧率有所降低,固定碳含量增加,发热量提高。

Abstract:Based on a study of basic properties for 7 kinds of mixed samples composed of blast furnace dust and coal,it is showed that the compositions of the dust are close to the anthracite which is used in Hangang.The dust has lower volatile and higher carbon contents and its ash content varies in a range of 10 % and 20 %.That means the dust can meet the demands of coal injection.After adding 5 % of the dust into the mixed coal,the combustion rate of the mixed coal decreased,both the fixed carbon content and the calorific value increased.
