氯氧镁水泥制品变形及开裂的研究进展

摘    要:氯氧镁水泥制品因性能良好、绿色环保及节能利废而具有广泛应用前景,但吸潮返卤、泛霜、变形和耐水性差等缺点阻碍了其进一步推广应用。本文在阐述氯氧镁水泥水化硬化机理及影响因素的基础上,分析了引起氯氧镁水泥制品产生变形及开裂的原因,对其影响因素及当前的预防措施进行了综合论述,在国内外研究成果之上,给出了典型施工环境下的氯氧镁制品预防变形及开裂的措施。

Abstract:Magnesium oxychloride cement products had a wide application prospect for its well performance,green initiative and energy-saving recycling.But the further applications were hampered by the shortcoming of deliquescence,dehalogenation,deformation and poor water resistance.Based on the hydration and hardening mechanism and influence factors of magnesium oxychloride cement,causes of the deformation and cracking were analysized.The influence factors and current preventive measures of the deformation and cracking of magnesium oxychloride cement products were summarized.Then the corresponding preventive project for the deformation and cracking of magnesium oxychloride cement products under the common circumstance were proposed.
